One of the most difficult aspects of staying in any weight loss program, be it fat loss 4 idiots, or any other diet plan, keep you motivated. Here's a simple tip that can help you.

Find something tangible to motivate. That's right, set slightly in front of him, that will keep you going on those difficult days. Here is a great example and one that I talk about on my blog.

For me, I bought a $ 25 pair of Levi's at the mall. Not just any old pair of jeans, but a couple in the size I wanted to reach. And while I could not raise them on their feet, that's what motivates me. I knew if I stayed on my diet, which is fat loss 4 idiots, then I would get my goal.

Two months later I am now able to wear these jeans! It was not easy, but on those days when I would not feel motivated to look at those jeans. Now this May seem silly to some, but it worked. Once something tangible in front of you will often be much more powerful than just thoughts in your mind.
